Now Enrolling: Fall Qi Gong Class SeriesGreg is offering an 8 week Hunyuen Qi Gong class series in September and October. Classes will run from Tuesday September 16th through the week of November 11th, with a one week break in mid-October. There are two opportunities to join: come in person to Thrive on Tuesday mornings and join online via Zoom on Wednesday mornings, or join the Zoom class only. Recordings for the Zoom classes are available to watch all week, so you can continue to cultivate your practice daily.
Tuesday classes: In person at Thrive Acupuncture & Wellness, 8:30-9:30am, Sept 16 - Nov 11 (no class Oct 14)
Cost: $300 - includes the Wednesday Zoom class
Wednesday classes: on Zoom, 8:00-9:15am, Sept 17 - Nov 12 (no class Oct 15)

Beginners are welcome! In this foundational class series you will learn:
Qi Gong movements synchronizing Breath, movement, and intention.
Harnessing the breath in practice.
Grounding in your posture
Opening the joints to enhance flow and circulation
Movements and specific exercises for the Fall season
Medical Qi gong- applied movements for specific conditions
Connection physiology (Eastern anatomy and physiology)
Mind body emotional regulation
