📢 SAVE THE DATE: POWERPLAY - Event on August 5th, 2024, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Rancho Cotate High School! 📢
All Fall Athletes and Parents, you're invited to an evening at our POWERPLAY event. This event is designed for parents, coaches, and administrators to come together and build on the success of our high school athletes at Rancho Cotate High School. This event is vital to collect information about all things Rancho Cotate Athletics.
Here's what you can expect:
🏫 6:00pm - Meet the Athletic Department Team: Kick off the event with helpful insights from our Athletic Director, Matt Transue, as he shares the philosophy driving our athletic program. He will present and introduce members of our Administration Team, our Head Athletic Trainer and our Booster Club Members. He will also guide parents through the required online forms and policies before participating in tryouts.
🗣️ 6:45 pm - Chalk Talk Sessions: Join Head Coaches of the Fall sport of your choice. Each coach will present their coaching philosophy, expectations, cut policy, and important dates for tryouts.
🤝 What POWERPLAY will Build:
- Introduce parents to the steps needed for their student athletes' participation.
- Communicate expectations and policies concerning Fall Teams and programs.
- Provide information that will help our students grow to their potential as student-athletes at Rancho. - Connect with the Administration Team and Booster Club members.
🤔 Q&A: Our Administration team and Head Athletic Trainer will be available in the TAG Lobby to answer any questions. The Rancho Cotate Boosters will also attend to provide information and resources for Rancho Cotate Athletics parents and families.
