Join us for our fall Parent Enrichment Series: A Journey In Practical Life on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 3:45-6 pm to explore practical life in a Montessori classroom. Our teachers will discuss topics such as self-care, food prep, art, sewing and care of the environment during this two-hour session. Parents will learn how their children use simple household tools to develop executive function, concentration, fine and gross motor and social skills. This session will have lots of hands-on experiences for the parents, so they can feel first-hand what their child does every day in the classroom and how they can start to incorporate these activities at home.
