Come join us at James River Yoga for this relaxing Sound Event. Let the soothing sound vibrations guide you into restoration and recharging of the mind, body and possibly even your soul purpose. No experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and mind.
This is a predominantly passive event. It is a perfect way to wind down and connect with yourself and the community. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to harmonize with the body using facilitated therapeutic sound waves. Small movements, guided breathwork, and mindfulness will be facilitated to prepare for the sound event portion.
Arrive early to set up a comfortable spot. We will start and end on time. See you all there!
