Newport News is harvesting spooky fun for everyone, as we prepare for the FALL-O-WEEN Festival, an All-America City Celebration. This two-day, family-friendly festival will be held at Newport News Park on October 4 and 5 and includes traditional marketplace crafters and exhibitors, Halloween-themed vendors, live stage entertainment. and more!
