How often do you walk through fields at night? Join us for this unique farm walk that meets at twilight at 2351 Glade. We’ll walk through the farm scape to the hilly reaches of the farm where we’ll get a good view to the east of the rising full moon (called the Hunter's Moon for October). Keep your ears open as we move through the bottom land near the stream. Then we’ll enjoy a small campfire over which we’ll cook a treat before walking back through the farm in the moonlight. For this event we walk round trip about half a mile through the farm meadows and over uneven terrain in low light. Farm boots or shoes that can get muddy recommended. Strollers/wagons not recommended. Children 5 and under free with paying adult.
