Add to your coastal Georgia birding knowledge with a whole new set of seasonal species! Join One Hundred Miles as we visit coastal Georgia's unique birding hotspots during the peak of fall migration. In this afternoon boat trip, we will leave from Tybee Island to explore the vital role that uninhabited Little Tybee Island and adjacent sandbars and spits play during the fall migration of shorebirds. These sensitive habitats provide essential fueling and rest for the birds as they head south to overwinter. This small group trip will be guided in cooperation with Manomet Shorebird Biologist Allie Hayser and captains who have received Coastal Awareness and Responsible Ecotourism Certification.
Tickets: $125 per person
