We invite you to an enriching A.R.E. Headquarters Affiliate Event designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. This day-long retreat is perfect for anyone seeking inner peace, spiritual insight, and practical tools for personal growth.
Event Highlights:
- Morning Meditation (10:30-11:45 a.m.) – Start your day with a silent meditation session led by Doug Torrance. Arrive before 10:30 a.m. to join.
- Lunch & Socializing (12:00-1:00 p.m.) – Enjoy a potluck lunch with fellow attendees. Bring a dish to share or your own lunch. There will also be a used book and magazine table to explore!
- Afternoon Workshop (1:00-3:00 p.m.) – Rev. Hetzer will share insights on how meditation benefits our mental and physical health, and how a quiet mind is more receptive to spiritual information. Following his talk, he will guide us through a group workshop to apply these teachings.
Plus, Linda will teach a class on using the pendulum for spiritual communication and healing practices, offering you a unique opportunity to learn and practice this powerful tool.

10:00-10:30 a.m. – Arrival (if attending Meditation)
10:30-11:45 a.m. – Silent Meditation (Doug Torrance)
11:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m. – Break
12:00-1:00 p.m. – Lunch & Socializing
1:00-3:00 p.m. – Presentation & Workshop (Rev. Hetzer & Linda)
