Lifting Essentials: Learn how to lift for Middle Schoolers (December 2nd - December 18th)
Come join us at CBRC Health & Fitness for a fun and informative program designed specifically for 7th and 8th Graders! This program will teach the essentials of lifting weights safely and effectively through body awareness, gym etiquette, general conditioning, and more. In addition, our experienced trainers will teach you proper techniques and form to help you get stronger and more confident in the gym. Each session will be four weeks and classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:00 pm.
