The Big Red Barn Retreat is proud to announce its Fifth Annual Fall Jam at the Ballpark 2022 concert. The concert will be held on October 8th, 2022 at Segra Park: Home of the Columbia Fireflies, and gates open at 5 pm.The concert will be headlined by MULTI-PLATINUM Country Star Chris Lane where he’ll get fans singing along with his energetic live show and PLATINUM #1s hits like “Big, Big, Plans” and “Fix”; and his 2X PLATINUM #1s “Take Back Home Girl” and “I Don’t Know About You”. Lane will be joined by Openers The Wildcards and local county music artist Carter Lybrand.
General admission tickets are $25 for standing room and $35 for general admission seating. Veterans will receive a discounted price of $20 if bought in advance and by showing a valid military ID. There are also club level and luxury box tickets available. Club level includes wait service for food and beverage as well as access to an air-conditioned Club Lounge including a full bar and restrooms. Club level tickets are $50. Luxury box suites can only be purchased in-advance for $1,500. The luxury package includes 20 tickets, four parking passes, and a dedicated wait staff offering the opportunity to pre-order food and beverage or order during the event at an additional cost.
The 2022 Fall Jam at the Ballpark will be a patriotic celebration in the Midlands to honor our community’s Veterans, Active-Duty service members, First Responders, and their families. The BRBR is extremely excited to be hosting this event again at Segra Park: Home of the Columbia Fireflies. Located in the heart of Columbia’s Bull St. District, there isn’t a bad seat in the house!
The fifth annual FALL JAM at the Ballpark is presented by Sonic Drive-In. All proceeds will benefit the many programs and services the BRBR offers to our struggling military and first responder community at zero cost to them, including the widely studied and renowned Warrior PATHH program. Chris Lane
Chris Lane, from Kernersville, NC, is launching the next chapter in his country music career.. The Wildcards
Ashley Gearing and Andrea Young are no strangers to Nashville's music scene. Both have numerous accolades to their names; working with some of the biggest and baddest in the business. The girls bonded while touring internationally with the former, critically-acclaimed band, Farewell Angelina. The two found that their chemistry needed its own stage. Having always been identified as the “wildcards” of any project they were involved in, the band was born. Each has had individual successes in their extensive careers but have learned they are better together; musically, creatively & spiritually. This new project exposes Ashley Gearing's powerhouse vocals and rhythmic acoustic guitar alongside Andrea Young's ferocious fiddle playing & angelic voice… add in the dynamic of their songwriting and the deck is stacked.
Joining forces with some of the world’s finest musicians, they have a show filled with unforgettable original music & cover song favorites; led by irresistible harmonies and fiery musicianship. Their high energy performances have captured attention and secured opening slots for such artists as Mitchell Tenpenny, Walker Hayes, & Joe Nichols. The duo has recently been featured in American Songwriter, Off The Record Live, & CMT for the release of singles, “Light On” & “Pour The Wine" from their “Bar Room Sessions” collection. Live, acoustic, and just plain fun, the “Bar Room Sessions” captures the raw magic of the pair spreading a little light….pouring a little wine….and sharing their hearts out on the stage.
Carter Lybrand
SC Native Carter Lybrand always had an appreciation for music growing up. A self-taught musician inspired by his musically gifted grandparents; Carter has a special talent for storytelling. After his tour of Iraq with the U.S. Army, Carter is now focusing on his musical journey and telling his story through song. His first single, “I'll Be Right Here” features a touching video about a struggling veteran in recovery through the Warrior PATHH program. Carter hopes that he is making his departed grandparents proud, using his gift of lyrics and melody to make a difference in the world around him. The BRBR is so honored to be able to have a PATHH alumni perform at our 2022 Fall Jam, telling his story of turning struggle into strength, achieving post-traumatic growth, and living a life that is thriving.
