Turn Up Dance Fitness is a rapidly growing women's movement focused on empowerment and community. Forget your standard workout, Turn Up breaks the rules to deliver a fun, effective, and exhilarating experience that works your whole body. You'll push limits and barriers you've set for yourself, feeling empowered to live out loud and unleash your inner greatness. This class sculpts your body and your mind, encouraging you to feel the moment and embrace the beauty in who you are. Come ready to sweat, smile, and leave feeling stronger, empowered, and ready to conquer it all!
After class, stick around for snacks, sips, and connection with other women doing the same work, learning to love their power and their presence. No choreography knowledge or dance background needed. Just come ready to dance, release, and reconnect with your power, because once you feel it, you can’t forget it.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes, tennis shoes, a towel (available at TW), and water. Hydration advised!
