Fall Deep Dive '25 is The Heart Space Center's 2nd 5-week series designed for deep Self exploration, inner healing, and connection with a small group of like-minded individuals ready to journey, explore, and get curious, together.
75% of participants from our first Deep Dive offering have continued their work with us after seeing how profound the experience and practices were within the Deep Dive.

Throughout the 5-week duration of our deep dive, participants will receive:
- 1:1 30-minute phone consultation (1 total)
- Weekly in-person practices, inquiries and discussion with the same small, intimate group (4 total)
- Weekly 1:1 Somatic Experiencing Sessions with The Heart Space Center Founder, D'Arcy Valverde (5 total)
Registration for this intimate Deep Dive is limited to a small group; no more than 6 individuals. The group size is intentional for the Deep Dive to be held in a very safe container so participants may dive as deeply as they’re ready to dive; space to be open, space to be vulnerable, space to share and space to receive.
Participants will experience:
- Weekly Small Group Community Connection
We will gather in-person at Ananda Yoga Space on Thursday evenings for various practices (practices may include modalities like Somatic Breathwork Ceremony, yoga, sacred chanting, meditation, partner work, kriya, yoga nidra). Each weekly gathering will be highlighted with time to share, inquire, discuss, and practice Active Listening; connecting and processing in this sacred space and small group. Small group gatherings will take place Thursdays, 7pm-9pm:

- Weekly 1:1
Participants will meet 1:1 with The Heart Space Center Founder, D’Arcy Valverde, for weekly individual SE sessions.
It is the responsibility of each participant to book their 1:1 SE sessions via The Heart Space Center's online booking platform (https://www.theheartspacecenter.org/book-online-3).
- The first SE session should take place the week before the first Small Group Community Connection on October 16(first session on a day between October 8 and October 15).
- The final SE session should take place after the last Small Group Community Connection on November 6 (last session on a day between November 7 and November13).
It is recommended to book individual SE sessions as soon as possible upon registering for Fall Deep Dive '25.
What to expect from this deep dive:
Offering a safe, sacred, intimate space for like-minded individuals to connect, inquire, and share as they experience the weekly practice of the gentle yet profound healing of SE, will allow participants to connect both within themSelves, and within commUnity.
Each weekly Small Group Connection will include practices of different modalities so participants may explore various ways to safely land into their bodies and connect more deeply into their Heart Space Centers.
Investment & Payment Details
Total investment for the 5-week Deep Dive is $1,054.
Payment plans are available. If choosing a payment plan:
A $254 non-refundable deposit is due when registering.
$160 due before your booked SE session each week of the series, therefore $160 payment will be due each week prior to:

October 22
October 29
November 5
If not choosing a payment plan, participants will pay $254 upon registering, be invoiced the remaining $800, to be paid upon receipt via Apple Pay*, check*, cash*, Venmo or Zelle. If paying by check, you can make checks payable to either "The Heart Space Center" or "D'Arcy Valverde".
