Let the season guide you inward. This immersive two-hour sound bath invites you to release what’s ready to fall away and open space to receive grounding energy for the months ahead.
If you wish bring your own pillows and blankets for extra comfort.
Melissa will also be offering Reiki during this session. It's not required. Please let her know if you would like to receive Reiki during your meditation.
Please arrive 10-15 prior to get settled in. A bottle of water and healthy snack will be provided as well. We encourage you to bring your own water if you'd like. open up the top and allow the sound to penetrate your water. So you can continue the benefits of your sound bath afterwards!
