FALL into Health Wellness Retreat!

We hope you can join us for our annual fall day retreat at the tranquil Sherwood Farm. Come alone or grab a friend. Making connections won't be an issue.

When like minded souls come together a special experience is guaranteed. The day will include a variety of workshops, led by our passionate practitioners.

We start the day with movement. Lia will warm us up with Zumba 101 where we will shake our maracas and have some fun! No Zumba experience required!

Next Certified Nutritionist and Functioning Breathing Coach, Rita Savoia, will lead us through a signature breathwork experience designed to be as accessible and energizing as your daily coffee ritual.

After lunch, Tiziana D’Angelo, artist and intuitive guide from Stretching Canvas, will guide us through a meditative art journey. Working with water colours and markers, we will nourish our mind and soul through this creative process.

To complete the workshops, Tiz will lead us through a meditation and sound bath to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Each ticket includes a delicious healthy lunch (dietary options available) and a specially curated swag bag. At lunch time, there will be a few holistic vendors for your shopping pleasure and Purple Heather will lead us through a special natural skin treatment.

Following the afternoon workshops, there will be an optional walking meditation with Theresa Sherwood to enjoy the fall colours of Sherwood Farm.

The day is sure to be a day of connection, self awareness and fun in the serene countryside of King Township, just 10 minutes from Vaughan.
