We’ll begin with a *seasonal intention setting ritual* followed by a grounding *yin yoga* practice infused with *reiki* energy healing designed to release tension, open the body, and attune to the energy of the season. Then, surrender fully as you *float in weightless ease*, immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
The evening will conclude with some nourishing fall treats and a calming fall-inspired elixir.
