I'm happy to say I have another workshop on Saturday 18th October🌟
🧘‍♀️We will practice some grounding yoga poses and a breathing technique as the summer transitions to the cooler months of autumn. 🍂🍄
As always there will be some delicious homemade cakes with tea and coffee. 🧁🫖☕🍰
Followed by a deep nourishing Yoga Nidra to rest the body, mind and soul! 😴🕯
