What's a more romantic way to spend your Valentine's Day than learning about birds? We don't think there is one!On February 14th, we're hosting an introductory birding workshop at the Ted Moorhead Lagoon House in Palm Bay, Florida. The workshop will include a presentation by Ornithologist Matthew Anderson, a species guide for identifying common birds, and a basic course on using phone technology.
This workshop coincides with the Great Backyard Bird Count, so birding attendees will be contributing to the massive annual citizen science project!
Binoculars, light snacks, and coffee will be provided for attendees. Purchase tickets for the event at the link below!
