Savor a delightful three-course farm-to-table meal crafted from local, seasonal ingredients, perfectly paired with biodynamic wines and refreshing non-alcoholic beverages. Each course will feature an introduction to a new beverage, along with thoughtful conversation starters designed to spark meaningful discussions centered around our fall theme of gratitude.
Coming solo? No worries! Many of our guests join us alone, and you’ll be surrounded by a friendly mix of familiar faces and new friends. We intentionally keep group sizes small to foster a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and included.

Chef Nico Laessig is a talented personal chef based in New York City with a passion for high-end, seasonal dining. Trained in classic French cuisine and influenced by his Swiss-German upbringing, Nico transforms simple ingredients into extraordinary meals. He prioritizes organic and locally sourced ingredients to ensure every dish is fresh, flavorful, and sustainable.
