As the air turns crisp and the mountains glow in their autumn colors, we invite you to gather around the table for an evening that celebrates the comfort, warmth, and beauty of the Appalachian harvest season. This seven course tasting experience is a reflection of the land and the time of year, built around familiar ingredients that feel both nostalgic and new.The menu moves through rich, slow roasted flavors, delicate seasonal vegetables, and the gentle sweetness of late season fruits. Every plate is crafted with care, from the opening course of duck and Brie ravioli in orange turmeric cream to the final notes of warm spice cake with pumpkin mousse and sweet cream.
A wine pairing will be available for an additional cost, thoughtfully selected to highlight the flavors and ingredients of each course.
Tickets are $125 per guest and an optional wine pairing will be available for an additional price.
Please note: Reservations are required, and our team will call to confirm your seats. Gift cards are not valid for Chef’s Table events. Seating is limited, we encourage you to secure your spot early.
