Course 2 - Veal Osso Buco and an Apple, Onion, Thyme Butternut Squash Puree, paired with Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest.
Course 3 - House-made Chicken Sausage and a warm Apple and Fennel Salad, tossed in a Dijon Vinaigrette, paired with Backeast Brewing Ice Cream Man.
