The event will be held at:
The Grace Family Church
On Burton (Entrance Jean St).
Dates and Times:
Saturday, September 27, 2025, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, September 28, 2025, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
*Drawings will begin at 5 p.m. on Sunday.*
We are looking for 50 vendors!

6 feet - $80 for the weekend
8 feet - $95 for the weekend
(First-come, First-served)
If you require special accommodations, we will let you know if it’s possible.(Walls, Extension Cords/ Plug-Ins. Corner, (No by Doors each side will be given.) A floor plan and seating chart will be sent after all spaces are filled. Payment is due upon booking and will also be posted in the hall. No changes to seating or refunds allowed.

**Join Us for Our Exciting Fall Harvest and Halloween Craft Show Celebration! ��**
We are thrilled to invite you to a vibrant celebration of the fall harvest and Halloween right here in Greater Sudbury! Come share the joy with friends, family, and the local community as we embrace the spirit of the season at this fun-filled event.
**Event Details:**
- **Location:** Grace Family Church
(Entrance is located on Jean St, allowing for easy access)
- **Dates and Times:**
- **Saturday, September 27, 2025:** From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., come explore a wide variety of crafts, enjoy delightful treats, and soak in the festive atmosphere!
- **Sunday, September 28, 2025:** From 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., join us for more great shopping and fun, culminating in our exciting drawings at 5 p.m. on Sunday. �
We are looking for **50 enthusiastic vendors! �** Whether you create handmade goods, delicious snacks, or seasonal decorations, we want to showcase your talents!
We will have a Penny Table
We will have an Auction Booth
and a wrapped gift purchase.
We will serve Pizza and Soft Drink $6.00
Freshly Popped Popcorn and Soft Drink $4.00
Soft Drink $1.00

If you have any special requirements, such as walls for display, access to extension cords, plug-ins, or you prefer a corner space, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A detailed floor plan and seating chart will be shared with all vendors after all spaces are filled. Please remember that payment is required at the time of booking, and this will also be publicly posted in the hall. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any changes to seating arrangements or provide refunds.
