Step away from the hustle and bustle of the world for a day, and join us for a soul-nourishing half-day retreat that will help you find a deeper connection to yourself, to others, and to what truly matters.Our theme, Sacred Space, invites you to explore what it means to create space to honor yourself and others in a loving way. Throughout our time together, you’ll be guided by three heartfelt facilitators who will share their wisdom through Creating Sacred Altar Space, Mindful Movement w/ Yoga Nidra, and Art Journaling (sometimes known as "junk journaling". You’ll enjoy meaningful group conversation, gentle self-reflection, and moments of laughter and connection. Let this day be a loving container for you to create, rest, and simply be present for a few hours.
Please bring yoga mat, journal, and favorite writing tools. For the Art Journaling part, you’re welcome to bring magazines, stickers, or art supplies that inspire you—we’ll have plenty to share as well. For our movement practice, dress in layers and bring cozy socks, a blanket, and an eye pillow or washcloth for deep rest.
No lunch will be served, but light refreshments and snacks will be provided!
