Fall Fusion: Move, Sweat, and Rest This October
This October, TruFusion Ballard invites you to join us for Fall Fusion—a free class series designed to keep you moving, sweating, and resetting all month long.
Twice a week throughout October, we’ll be offering a rotating schedule of our most popular modalities, including:
- Mat Pilates for strength and stability
- Yoga Sculpt for a powerful yoga-meets-fitness sweat session
- Tru Flow & Vinyasa Yoga for mindful movement and balance
- Pilates HIIT for a high-energy core burn
Classes will vary between morning and evening times, making it easy to fit fitness into your routine. All sessions take place at our Ballard studio, and every class is completely free—our gift to the community.

Saturday, 10/4 - Mat Pilates | 10am - 11am
Monday, 10/6 - Yoga Sculpt (heated) | 6pm - 7pm
Saturday, 10/11 - Tru Flow (heated) | 9am -10am
Tuesday, 10/14 - Mat Pilates | 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday, 10/18 - Tru Flow (heated) | 11am - 12pm
Wednesday, 10/22 - Tru Flow (heated) | 6pm - 7pm
Saturday, 10/25 - Hot Pilates HIIT (heated) | 11am - 12pm
Wednesday, 10/29 - Vinyasa | 5pm - 6pm
*Please arrive 15 minutes early for your 1st class & keep in mind, late entry is not permitted.
Don't forget your yoga mat and towel. If you don't have these items they are available for rent or purchase.
