With our haunted history and charming downtown, Halloween is woven into the very fabric of our city, culminating into the trick or treating of your dreams on Halloween night.Now in October you can stroll through pumpkin-lined streets, join in on ghost tours, snap selfies at vintage photo ops, and let the kids explore the magical Benny and Boneless storybook maze. With treats, music, and a charming small-town feel, it’s like stepping into the Halloween of your childhood.
Halloween decor and photos ops will be up all month long and select stores around the square will have themed offerings for the month of October as well!
The Benny and Boneless Storybook Adventure is a nostalgic open-air halloween walk, right on the square! Inspired by a custom illustrated story, the maze invites families to follow a young ghost boy and his loyal dog as they navigate a playful Halloween mystery. With colorful set pieces, immersive scenes, and kid-friendly surprises around every corner, it’s a magical must-see for little ones.
Each day that Benny & Boneless is open will host a different community organization. From the Sims Library's Bookmobile to the Waxahachie Fire Depts big red truck! Events per day will be updated, so check back
Tickets for Benny & Boneless are $8 and supports local causes, with a portion of ticket proceeds benefiting the Waxahachie Oddfellows Lodge #80/ Rebekah's Lodge 381 and the Waxahachie ISD Theatre Department, encouraging community engagement and creative growth.
