Prizes to Top 3 in each Division
3 Divisions (all combined age)
- 70+
- 90+
- 110+
No age minimum.
EXAMPLE A:
Partner 1 is 50 years old. Partner 2 is 22 years old. They can participate as a partnership in the 70+ Category, but are ineligible to compete in the 90+ or 110+ divisions.
EXAMPLE B:
Partner 1 is 60 years old. Partner 2 is 37 years old. They can participate as a partnership in the 70+ Category OR 90+ Category, but are ineligible to compete in the 110+ division.
All gender combinations (M/M, F/F, M/F) will compete in the same Combined Age Group Categories.
*Female participants may receive a 1.4x multiplier for certain movements.
3 scheduled workouts and a floater workout for all teams.
Competition Standards:
All standards listed are for multiple repetitions.
70+ Combined Age:
Cleans (Any Style): 135/95
Ground to Overhead: 95/65
Deadlift: 225/155
Thrusters: 95/65
Snatch: 95/65 OR DB 50/35
Double Unders *Singles are allowed for 3x reps
Box Jumps: 24/20
Pull Ups/T2B *Assisted/ Hanging Knee Raises may be subbed
Walls Balls: 20/14
Wall Walks
90+ Combined Age:
Cleans (Any Style): 115/75
Ground to Overhead: 85/65
Deadlift: 185/125
Thrusters: 75/55
Snatch: 85/65 OR DB 35/25
Double Unders *Singles are allowed for 2x reps
Box Jumps: 24/20 *Step Ups may be subbed
Pull Ups/T2B *Assisted/ Hanging Knee Raises may be subbed
Walls Balls: 14/10
Partial Wall Walks (Open Standards)
110+ Combined Age:
Cleans (Any Style): 75/55
Ground to Overhead: 65/45
Deadlift: 135/95
Thrusters: 65/45
Snatch: 65/45 OR DB 25/15
Single Unders
Box Jumps: 20 / 16 *Step Ups may be subbed

These standards are general, so on the day of competition, the actual programming may vary.
