Join AIA Brooklyn for a Fall Fling at Ciot tile and natural stone. Featuring music, light refreshments, tours of the remarkable Ciot showrooms and slab room and an accessibility presentation by Day Elevator.
Ciot representatives will be on hand to lead tours and share the latest in porcelain, tile and natural stone. Day Elevator will present an AIA-accredited course educating us about the codes and requirements surrounding ADA Design for LULA elevators and wheelchair lifts, followed by an Oktoberfest-themed raffle: Kleemann Elevator, which owns Day Elevator, is headquartered between Düsseldorf and Duisburg, Germany. Day Elevator’s presentation will conclude with a raffle of unique beers imported from that region.
Don’t be fooled - Ciot is easy to get to: just an 8-minute walk from the 53rd Street N,R,W station, or be adventurous and catch the Wall Street-Rockaway Ferry from Manhattan Pier 11 or the Bay Ridge Ferry from Brooklyn Bridge Park Pier 6 to Sunset Park - Brooklyn Army Terminal
