Calling all young fishing enthusiasts! The Northbrook Park District, Wheeling Park District and State Senator Julie Morrison present Fall Fishing Fest, in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR). Compete in this new fishing derby for families, take a fishing lesson, play lawn games and visit the IDNR Conservation Police Education trailer! Fishing poles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Bringing your own equipment is recommended. Coffee and donuts will be available for purchase.
Fall Fishing Fest will be held at Wood Oaks Green Park, 1150 Sanders Rd, Northbrook, IL.
We are looking forward to showcasing this effort between neighboring park districts and one of our very active and involved local legislators!
