Join JBN’s Carol Booth at the fabulous Jeff Center for Families at OFJCC facility for Sunday playtime with singing, movement, puppets, crafts, snacks, and a special Havdalah ceremony.Havdalah is a brief ceremony with juice, spices, and candlelight to mark the beginning of a new week. Kids love it! Every family also gets a free havdalah gift bag to take home.
The suggested donation for this event is $18 to help cover costs. No one is turned away, so please give what you can.
Registration is appreciated but not required. Registration helps us plan and be in touch in case anything changes. You do not need to be a member of any organization to attend this event.
Our programs are designed for families with children aged 0-36 months, but bring the whole family! Grandparents and extended family welcome too. We always have great snacks, fun art supplies, and play spaces for older siblings too. We welcome everyone, including unaffiliated, single and multi-parent, multi-faith, multi-ethnic, multi-abled, and LGBTQ+ families.
Jewish Baby Network is a program of Jewish Family and Children’s Services’ Center for Children and Youth. JFCS supports families from newborn to the elderly. Please visit the JFCS website for more information about all their great programs.
