About this Event

Fall Equinox ~ Restoring Inner Balance

As the Fall Equinox approaches, marking a time of perfect balance between day and night, we invite you to join our class focused on practices and meditations that align beautifully with the changing seasons, offering a unique opportunity to harmonize your entire being with nature's rhythms.
As nature transitions from summer to fall, our practice supports your internal shifts, helping you find equilibrium and harvest inner wisdom. The exercises focus on balancing the aura, muscles, and brain, while also releasing tension caused by poor digestion and high toxicity. Ultimately, you'll learn to consolidate your mental projection into a one-pointed positivity, aligning your intentions with the cycles of nature.
Join us in this powerful practice of renewal and balance, leaving you feeling energized, mentally sharp, and in harmony with the seasonal changes. Embrace this opportunity to synchronize your inner world with the natural rhythms of the Fall Equinox.
