Followed by a 15-minute long shavasana with Darren's Sound Bath. Let the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes transport you into a state of deep relaxation.No experience is necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat and any other props such as pillows, blankets etc to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath
