About this Event
In this workshop, we'll set our intentions with the help of ritual, herbs, and tarot to embrace the spiritual richness of this time. We'll reflect on the harvest of our efforts throughout the year, express gratitude, and ready ourselves for the seasons to come.
During the sound bath portion of the class, you'll relax comfortably on your yoga mat, guided by the soothing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, along with other healing instruments, into a meditative and deeply relaxing state—possibly even experiencing heightened awareness.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and bring a journal
What to expect:
•Reiki infused herb bundles to take home
•Individual Tarot card draw (with explanation)
•Education on the cultural traditions of the fall equinox
•Relaxing Sound Bath with crystal and Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes and drum
