This delicious drink of the gods is known for its ability to expand our heart frequency and invite more love and goodness into our lives.

🌊 Breathwave is a Powerful form of Cosncious Connected Breathwork utilized to regulate your nervous system, bring forth unconscious content of the mind or that's been stored somatically (in the body) to be finally healed. Whenever we truly transmute old stuck energy we automatically make a space for new, more aligned energy to arrive.

As a Breathwave Facilitator with Ceremonial Training and an Attachment Healing Coach with Trauma informed training her hope is you leave feeling nourished, uplifted, inspired, held, connected, cozy, and ready to claim your best life.
