The fall equinox is all about balance and reaping our harvest from the year. We honor the balance of night and day and we reflect on the growth the year has brought us. Our fall equinox practice is about connecting us to the season and to the cycles of ourselves. This practice will include intention setting and connecting with our fellow yogis, grounding, a fiery slow flow, and end with restorative yoga.
