About this Event
Honour National Yoga Month and Fall Equinox with a grounding yoga flow class lead by wellness expert Charlotte Singmin. For this experience Charlotte draws the energy and symbolism of autumn, a powerful time of year that offers opportunities of reflection and growth. With these themes in mind, this yoga flow class will also include a journaling component to further to guide guests through the seasonal transition.
Hosted on our third-floor deck, it’s the perfect way to start your Sunday and savour the autumn sun. Following class guests are invited to enjoy a glass of hot cider to add some extra comfort to their experience.
We kindly ask each guest to bring their own yoga mat and journal. Please dress comfortably. Should mother nature not cooperate, the class will be held indoors in our Maple Ballroom, located on the hotel’s lower level.
