This Fall Equinox, we gather to return to rhythm — through a guided, gentle Ayurvedic cleanse rooted in the elements, the senses, and the wisdom of the season.This is a hybrid experience, beginning on Friday, September 12, 2025, with a warm, community-centered orientation both in person and online. Together we’ll prepare kitchari (the signature cleansing dish) and rest + digest tea, and walk through the tools and rhythm that will guide your journey.
Then, from September 14–18, we move into a 5-day cleanse — guided daily through the five elements and five sense organs, the foundation of Ayurvedic healing.
Each day includes:
🌿 A morning class exploring one of the five elements and its corresponding sense, paired with a guided breathwork, movement, and meditation practice
🌿 A pre-cleanse Ayurvedic consultation to create your personalized plan
🌿 Afternoon group check-ins for support, reflection, and integration
🌿 A comprehensive Seasonal Cleanse Manual with clear guidance through each phase, including recipes, menus, and grocery lists
This is not a restrictive detox. It’s a seasonal reset that restores your digestion, calms your nervous system, and reawakens your connection to inner and outer balance — all with simplicity and support.
Whether you’re new to Ayurveda or returning to a familiar rhythm, this container is designed to meet you where you are.
