We meet at the yoga studio then take to the forest for a mindful outdoor experience, where you will be invited to slow down, enjoy a meditative exploration of the elements and friends in the more-than-human world, and to reset your nervous system during this time of seasonal change.Let yourself be soothed and awed by a deliberately slow, guided forest expedition; awaken your senses to the magic and wonder that exists all around us. Deepen your connection to Earth, in community.
Note: this is not a vigorous hiking activity. All levels of experience with yoga, mindfulness, and the outdoors are welcome. We will be exploring wooded trails, rain or shine, so dress appropriately. The methodology includes some gentle movement at points on our journey.
This workshop will be led by Andrea Evans E-RYT 500 and certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide.
