Set sail on an unforgettable musical adventure with the Boulder Symphony as we search for the legendary Treasure of Sound!This interactive concert is packed with swashbuckling fun, audience participation, and live orchestral favorites by Berlioz, Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Saint-Saëns, and more! Kids will learn about the orchestra's instrument families while helping the pirates solve riddles and battle it out—only to discover that the real treasure is something we all create together: the music!
Perfect for students, families, and adventurers of all ages. Costumes, pirate voices, and sea shanty singing are encouraged!
The program is 45 minutes long, and there will be an instrument petting zoo provided by HB Woodsongs for 30 minutes before and after the concert for kids to try some instruments.
