Looking for mileage motivation to help transition into cooler months? Runner's Edge of the Rockies is hosting an All-Are-Welcome group training run to kick off their Summer Training Session; Salomon will be the sponsoring the run, offering shoe demos for all intrigued. Superfeet with also be hosting! Demos will include the Aeroglide Gravel. Salomon and Superfeet will be offering breakfast and refreshments for all runners. A route will be offered with a start and finish from the Runners Roost Lakewood location (more details to come). All distances are welcome with turn-around options. Aid stations will be set up along the route to ensure runners are well-hydrated. Post-run food and beverages will be provided at the shop in addition to raffles provided by Salomon and Superfeet. -- Runner's Edge of the Rockies is a Denver-based running group offering training guidance including Saturday training runs, training plans, speed and form workouts and trail runs.
