Join us on Tuesday, October 1st, for a delicious fall beer pairing dinner featuring four full pours and pairings with our friends at Genesee Brewery!

Hosted at Jack’s Extra Fancy on Atlantic Avenue in Rochester, NY, this event promises to a wonderful night of great food, beer and new fall friends.

Take a moment to peruse the evening's menu below. After you're done drooling over all the amazing offerings, snag your tickets ASAP. Seating is very limited. Doors will open at 6PM. First Course will be served at 6:30PM.

Course 1:

Fig Trio (Tiger, Golden and Heirloom), Orange Blossom & Olive Almond Lebneh, Fried Greens, and Crushed Maconas finished with Mint Oil. Served with Dry Hopped Cream Ale.

Course 2:

Lobster Pork Sausage with Beluga Lentils, topped with Celery Creme Fraiche and Spiced Herbs. Served with 12 Horse Ale.

Course 3:

Sous Vide Coppa Steak, Applewood Red Cabbage Puree, Fall Sqaush and Bone Demi-Glace, Topped with Pretzel Nibs, Pickled Mustard Seeds and Sea Salt. Served with Oktoberfest.

Course 4:

Berliner Doughnuts Fried in Beef Fat and Filled with Prune Plum Preserves with a Smoked Bavararian Cream. Served with Black Cherry Vanilla Kellerbier.
