4:30PM - Showcase Performers Check-In & Dress Rehearsal
6:30PM - Registration Desk Opens at
7:00PM - Main Ballroom Opens
7:00PM - West Coast Swing Class (Soda Hall)
7:30PM - Showcase Starts
8:00PM - 11:45PM - Social Dance and Silent Disco
Showcase will roughly run from 7:30PM - 9:15PM depending on the number of entries we receive. There will be a small intermission as well.
