About this Event
Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic medicine that addresses all aspects of wellbeing for the body and mind such as nutrition, sleep, movement, and daily self-care practices. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda we learn how to live in harmony with nature and the natural rhythms of life. Each season of the year brings its own challenges. Yet, when we honor each season by adapting our diet and lifestyle, we are able to achieve balance and health all year round.
In this engaging session you will:
- Receive an overview of Ayurveda
- Discover your Ayurvedic mind-body type, known as a dosha
- Learn how our bodies change in the seasons
- Fall nutrition and self care rituals: recipes, remedies and immune support
After the workshop, we'll gather for a delicious Ayurvedic dinner and Fall digestive tea carefully curated to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
