In this kids’ cooking class, young chefs will learn to make a delicious apple galette and apple cheddar soup. We’ll teach them how to prepare a family dinner while emphasizing kitchen safety, knife skills, and methods to prevent cross-contamination. Students will cook the meal in class and receive the recipes to take home, allowing them to recreate the delicious dishes for their families.Ages 8 - 14
