amily Yoga is a FUN opportunity for children (5-10) and their parents/guardians to spend quality time together playing, laughing, and learning from each other. Each Session follows a different FUN theme. We will explore creative yoga games, flow, partner poses, mindfulness practices, breath-work, songs, sounds and stories. We will end the class with a calming and magical guided visualization. No yoga experience necessary, just a willingness to move, play and connect.
Led by Eve Carty (RYT 500) She is certified in Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and is a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner.
Registration is required as spots are limited. Adults must create an account for themselves (if you don’t already have one) and assume liability for each child participating in their care. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move around in and bring a water bottle and a mat for each person.
