Amari are bitter liqueurs that come in many flavors and styles, used in classic cocktails or for inspired riffs, the world of Amaro is diverse and exciting. In this workshop you'll learn about different amaro styles, a little history, taste some classic and some homemade amaro, and get the opportunity to build your own amaro using herbs, flowers, and fruits.
Each participant will get a small Amaro guide, and their own homemade Amaro to take home with them. Hosted at the charming Steady Hand Cafe. Whether you're a seasoned amaro enthusiast or new to the scene, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to expand their palate and knowledge. About Daniel Solway:
Daniel Solway is a Philadelphia-based sommelier and owner of Santé LLC. Santé is an events business focused on wine tastings, dinners, and collaborative events. Daniel has worked in almost every part of the wine industry, from floor sommelier, to wine retail, wine sales, to working on vineyards in Champagne, Austria, and Germany. Santé aims to make wine fun and accessible, and most of all, memorable!
