Meeting up for our Goal Race is the one of the best parts of Fleet Feet Des Moines Training Groups.Watching runners tackle their first 5k or their 20th never gets old... especially when those runners are your friends.

Need a little help in running a 5K this year? Maybe you're just getting started, or maybe you want to blow last year's time out of the water! There are 4 levels of our training plan, so whether you're looking for the social aspect or to attain a goal or a shiny new PR, Fleet Feet has the program for you!
For just $75, you'll get 20 coached sessions leading up to the goal race is the Principle 5k. You will also receive access to mentors & coaches & weekly emails -- anything you need to help you reach your running goals. Sessions are 6:00 PM Tuesdays and 8:15 AM Saturdays starting Aug. 13th at 6:00 PM.
There will be an informational Open House on Monday, Aug. 5th, at Fleet Feet Des Moines beginning at 6:00 PM. You will meet coach, Lana Snyder, the mentors, & other like-minded participants. We will talk about the program and answer any questions you may have.
This is your place of encouragement and "can do!" We won't leave anyone behind, you can do this!
