The AIGA AVL Student Portfolio Review connects emerging designers with local design professionals. Participants will receive one-on-one and group guidance on their portfolios to help set them up for success.
Created specifically for students in graphic design, branding, UX/UI, animation and digital design, the AIGA AVL Portfolio Review Day is an incredible opportunity for future designers to hone their interview skills and seek advice as they continue to craft their portfolios.
There will also be workshops covering topics such as portfolio dos and don’ts, interviewing tips, pricing freelance work and more.
As a bonus, by participating in the portfolio review you will be automatically entered to win a one-year free subscription to Adobe CC. The winner will be announced at the end of the Portfolio day.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Whether you are a soon-to-be graduate student or a recent grad with 0-2 years of experience, this event is for you. This is a valuable opportunity to gather valuable input, get face-to-face with some professional designers and kickstart your design career.
