Fall 2025 Networking Day

Finding advanced degree talent tailored to a company’s specific needs can be challenging, just as grad students and postdocs often struggle to identify industry roles that align with their specialized skill sets. Networking Day bridges this gap, providing a unique platform for employers and local Cleveland talent with advanced degrees to connect meaningfully.

The event features a dynamic round-table format, where each participating company is stationed at a dedicated table. Students and postdocs rotate every 15-20 minutes, offering companies the opportunity to showcase their work and engage directly with multiple candidates throughout the event.

Companies will be given the opportunity to engage with uniquely-skilled talent through a combination of:

• Roundtable Discussions
• Moderated Panel Discussions
• One-on-one informational interviews

about their current roles, their careers and some career advice.
