Registration for our Fall Prenatal Yoga Course is now open! Please share the news with your pregnant friends! (This is the last of my yoga offerings until I’m on the other side up my upcoming fourth trimester.)In this course, we will explore pregnancy and birth as transformation. We will use the tools of yoga and mindfulness to observe the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts we can experience, and have the opportunity to share them with our course-community. Folks will leave this course with knowledge of what laboring positions and breathing techniques serve their specific, evolving body, ways to relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts, clarity on how they want to feel after birth, and how to align their choices and actions with that feeling. Folks also have the opportunity to build lasting connections with other birthing parents walking the path to and through parenthood alongside them.
