Tenth Muse Dance is pleased to offer a 9-Week Fall 2024 Intermediate Fusion Belly Dance session taught by Erin Mariele. This class will be focused on building on your basic belly dance technique and preparing a choreography for the Fall 2024 Return to Shadows show on Saturday October 26th. Class focus will include refinement of body isolation technique, introduction of more complex movements and layering, as well as a focus on transitions through learning short phrases and an understanding of old school movement patterns. You will definitely get a good sweat going with a great core workout. A minimum of one year of consecutive Beginner Classes is recommended and a discussion with and approval of the instructor is required prior to enrollment in this course to ensure that the dancer is ready for the increased pace and difficulty level of the class.This class will include a warm-up, conditioning of the most commonly used muscles, drills, combos, and other more advanced technique common to belly dance.
The course session will run Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM from August 22nd to Oct 24th.
This session will be heavily focused on building and refining technique and learning the fall show choreography.
Cost is: $105 for the 9 week session if all sessions paid in advance. Two equal payments of $57 per half session with 1st payment due on or before Week 1 and second payment due week 5. $15 Drop-In when paid each week. Custom payment plans are available by reaching out to Erin via PM or email.
