Are you ready to immerse yourself in the powerful world of yoga and transform your life? The High Vibration Living (HVL) yoga + functional movement training was curated by Jessica Mihm (500EYT) for all levels, ages, and lovers of yoga.

It's for the yoga enthusiast who is simply looking to intelligently grow their personal yoga practice on and off of the mat.

It's for the avid yoga practitioner who is ready to take the next step and begin teaching successfully in the yoga industry.

The HVL training merges the spiritual practices of the East with the physical practices of the West, because we believe that combining ancient wisdom and modern exercise science offers the most well-rounded education and overall cohesive experience. The HVL training method aims to help you understand what your unique path is within the vast world of yoga. What feels most authentic and true for your individual nature will rise to the surface during your training and you will develop a clearer understanding of the personalized path you'll need to follow to integrate yoga into your life beyond the mat.

One of the highlights of the High Vibration Living program is the variety of physical yoga styles you will practice. The HVL training focuses on the Vinyasa tradition of creative sequencing and draws much of its teachings from Progressive Ashtanga and Hatha lineages, but like General Studies in college, you will be exposed to a breadth of styles and methodologies.

This program is the beginning of a lifelong journey on the path of peace. You will gain friendships, a yoga family, and a community you can always call upon.
